The Thrill Seeker in Me

So I don’t know if you’ve read our “About Us” section but if you haven’t then let me just tell you that there is this other side of me which you would not expect since I usually like to play safe and am reserved. I am a thrill seeker but not to the extent of being an adrenaline junkie and I like giving new things a shot because as they say you wouldn’t really know you like something unless you try it.

What type of activities have you done that got you all pumped up?

I have done a few in my life and some of my friends who know me are surprised whenever I share with them my experience. Some even tell me that they admire my courage because if they were in my shoes, they’re certain they wouldn’t be able to do the things I’ve done.

You might ask me what these exploits are but I would rather show you 🙂

(Please forgive me as some of these I have done only once/twice hence the lack of pictures)

I have tried:

And last but definitely not the least,

Reverse Bungee Jumping

I know these are not a big deal compared to what others have done but to me they are. Why you ask? Well because some of these can cause death…hahaha. As you can notice most of these are land based activities and the reason is because I am afraid of open water since I cannot swim and I always envision a shark trying to get me or an octopus pulling me at the bottom of the ocean.

Sometimes my imagination just runs wild!

But someday I still hope to conquer this fear and go try scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef or swimming with whale sharks in Cebu.

What are my other plans? Well I would still like to sky dive, ride a hot air balloon and…the list goes on.

Hope you liked this post as it is a little side of myself that you might not think about me.

Ciao!

Love always,

Karen
