A week ago Karen and I received an invitation about health and fitness which was definitely new for us so we said why not? Since losing weight is one of our top problems, we thought this event could motivate us to start shredding the pounds.
Crunch Doha hosted an exclusive media event to share their latest news and to give some fitness and nutrition pointers at The Intercontinental The City.
We were not really familiar with Crunch but we were very delighted to be introduced to this fitness company. Saima Bukhari, Chief Commercial Officer, gave a talk about the several transformation programs they provided that would help you improve your lifestyle and at the same time, your figure. Their signature program and the most effective is what they call the 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION which includes a trainer, diet plan and a training program that will give you confidence after you finish the 3 month plan. They also have customized corporate programs for companies to improve their employees’ teamwork, support system and make them more motivated and energized.
For more details about their life changing plans, you can check out their contact information which is listed below.
Nuwaid Pocker, the founder and CEO of Crunch Doha, also shared his weight-loss struggle, the motivation and the things he did to burn the fats. His experience paved way to start Crunch Doha in order to help improve the public’s health and well-being.
Following the speech, the food tasting commenced. Nuwaid’s Nutrition was launched as an addition to Crunch Doha’s fitness program and they showcased several bites that are not just pleasant for the eyes but also to the taste buds!
Don’t these goodies look mouthwatering? Everything were oh-so good! Our favorite would be the red velvet cake and vol-au-vent with prawns. You know what’s the best part? These yummies are low in calories so indulge and be guilt-free!
We had good laughs and took time to socialize with some of the press people, Nuwaid and Saima. After the motivational gathering, one question was stuck in our heads:
When you think you can’t, try asking yourself – What if you could?
